Design Features
The film blowing machine mainly consists of an extruder, die head, mold, cooling device, bubble frame, tenter frame, traction roller, and winding device.
Extruder
The extruder mainly consists of a screw, barrel, hopper, reducer, and drive motor; the reducer is driven by belt transmission, and the reducer drives the screw to rotate in the barrel; the screw adopts a special structure, that is, a special mixing device is equipped in a certain section of the screw, and during operation, it relies on the surrounding plastic to lift and center itself; the axial force of the screw shaft is borne by the 7310 or 7614 bearings installed between the reducer and the screw; the feeding port of the barrel is designed according to the characteristics of the raw materials, which is conducive to smoothly Enter the screw groove and be transported away to ensure the conveying capacity and stable extrusion quality.
Die Head
The die head consists of three parts: a filter screen, a filter plate, and a die head cover. In order to adapt to the production of plastic raw materials containing more impurities, this unit adopts a right-angle die head structure with a large filtration area. At the same time, considering the high pressure, low pressure, mixed materials, and recycled materials with high viscosity, the material flow path design has been reasonably selected, and the extrusion filter plate is used with the extruder's drive motor; therefore, a separate screen change operation can be adapted.

Mold
The mold adopts an advanced spiral mold structure. Considering the particularity of high-pressure, low-pressure, mixed, and recycled polyethylene materials, the main technical parameters such as the spiral angle, slope angle, shaping angle length, and die opening are comprehensively considered and optimized through multiple comparative experiments. It has the advantages of large internal pressure, stable and uniform extrusion, good film strength performance, no seam lines, and good matching with the extruder of this unit; at the same time, when exchanging high and low-pressure polyethylene and mixed/recycled materials for film blowing production, the mold does not need to be changed; various molds can be configured according to user needs, and the replacement operation can be completed by one person, simple, safe, convenient, and fast.
Cooling Device
It consists of a cooling air ring and a blower. The cooling air ring is an externally cooled adjustable air ring, which can adjust the opening of the inlet air port, is easy to operate, and is conducive to the control of film thickness and uniformity.
Bubble Frame
This unit adopts a bubble frame with an adjustable structure of a shaping ring and shaping rod, a large adjustment range, convenient operation and adjustment, stable bubble, and creates conditions for a flat winding tube
