Our factory produces a dual-die co-extrusion film blowing machine, which consists of two screw barrels and two dual-layer dies. It uses two kinds of raw materials to produce colored stripe vest bags (shopping bags) of various specifications. Without printing, it achieves colorful effects, featuring vibrant colors, even lines, reasonable structure, advanced technology, flat winding, and high production efficiency.
Features:
1. The complete machine consists of a transmission main unit, two barrels, and two dual-layer dies. Feeding is done through two barrels, and two dies extrude simultaneously. Equipped with dual traction and dual winding devices, this effectively increases the output of colored stripe film.
2. The screw and barrel are made of 38CRMOALA, treated with nitriding and precision machining. They have high hardness, high strength, and strong corrosion resistance, ensuring long-term durability.
3. The die is hard chrome-plated, with a spiral core shaft structure, ensuring uniform extrusion of molten material and high gloss finish for the blown film. The air-cooling system has a labyrinth structure for uniform airflow.
4. The winding device uses pressure friction winding or center winding, with torque motor adjustment for flat winding and convenient roll changing.
