Features:
1. The screw and barrel are made of 38CRMOALA alloy steel, which has been nitrided and precisely processed. It features high hardness, strong corrosion resistance, and durability.
2. The die head is hard chrome-plated. Its structure is a spiral core shaft type, ensuring uniform extrusion of molten material and a smooth finish on the blown film; the air-cooling device has a labyrinth structure for uniform air output.
3. The winding device uses pressure friction winding or center winding, with torque motor adjustment for even winding and convenient roll changing.
