SJ-50x2, 55x2ABA type rotary die head film blowing machine

This machine is suitable for blowing three-layer plastic films of low-density polyethylene (LDPE) and linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE). This film achieves good oxygen barrier, light shielding, oil resistance, leak prevention, moisture and frost prevention, etc., making the packaged goods more effectively isolated from the outside world. It is widely used in express bags and liquid packaging.

Product Description

Features:

1. The machine consists of two sets of transmission hosts, two screw barrels, and an AB-type rotary die head. It can be configured to extrude two different plastic materials simultaneously. The die head can rotate 360 degrees, enhancing the strength and uniformity of the plastic film.
2. The screw barrels are made of 38CRMOALA alloy steel, which undergoes nitriding treatment and precision machining. They are characterized by high hardness, strong corrosion resistance, and durability.
3. The die head is hard chrome-plated and features a spiral core shaft structure, ensuring uniform extrusion of the molten material and a smooth finish of the blown film. The air ring adopts a labyrinth structure for uniform air distribution.
4. The winding device uses pressure friction winding or center winding, controlled by a torque motor. The winding is flat and easy to change.
