SJ-40(50, 55) high and low pressure integral film blowing machine
This machine is suitable for blowing high-density polyethylene (HDPE), low-density polyethylene (LDPE), and linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE) plastic films. Features:
1. The screw and barrel are made of 38CRMOALA alloy steel, which has undergone nitriding treatment and precision machining. They feature high hardness, strong corrosion resistance, and durability.
2. The die head is hard chrome-plated, with a spiral core shaft structure. The extruded melt is uniform, and the blown film has good smoothness. The air-cooling device has a labyrinth structure, with uniform air volume.
3. The winding device uses pressure friction winding or center winding, and uses a torque motor for adjustment, ensuring even winding and easy roll changing.
