SJ-45x2(40x2) double-layer co-extrusion rotary die film blowing machine

This machine is suitable for blowing double-layer plastic films of low-density polyethylene (LDPE) and linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE). This film achieves good oxygen barrier, light shielding, oil resistance, leak prevention, moisture prevention, and frost prevention functions, effectively isolating the packaged goods from the outside world, thereby extending the shelf life of packaged goods such as liquid foods, and is widely used in liquid packaging.

Product Description

Features:

1. The machine consists of two sets of transmission hosts, two barrels, and a rotating die head. It can extrude two different plastic masterbatches simultaneously. The die head can rotate approximately 360 degrees, enhancing the strength and uniformity of the plastic film.

2. The screw and barrel are made of 38CRMOALA alloy steel, which has undergone nitriding treatment and precision machining. They feature high hardness, strong corrosion resistance, and durability.

3. The die head is hard chrome-plated, and its structure is a spiral core shaft type, ensuring uniform extrusion of molten material and high surface finish of the blown film. The air-cooling device features a labyrinth structure for uniform air output.

4. The winding device uses pressure friction winding or center winding. It utilizes a torque motor for adjustment, ensuring flat winding and convenient roll changing.
