SJ-60(70) single-screw twin-die film blowing machine

Features:

1. This machine adopts single-screw extrusion, dual-die film extrusion, and is equipped with dual-traction and dual-winding devices, featuring high efficiency and low consumption.
2. The screw and barrel are made of 38CRMOALA alloy steel, which has been nitrided and precisely processed. It features high hardness, strong corrosion resistance, and durability.
3. The die head is hard chrome-plated, and its structure is a spiral core shaft type. The extruded melt is uniform, and the blown film has good smoothness; the air-cooling device structure is labyrinthine, and the air volume is uniform.
4. The winding device adopts pressure friction winding or center winding, using a torque motor for adjustment. The winding is flat and easy to change rolls.
