Features:

1. The embossed and debossed plastic bags produced by this machine can be opened and sealed immediately. They are easy to fasten and unfasten, which is beneficial for preserving items.

2. The screw and barrel are made of 38CRMOALA alloy steel, which has undergone nitriding treatment and precision machining. They have high hardness, strong corrosion resistance, and are durable.

3. The die head is hard chrome-plated. Its structure is a distribution type, with uniform and smooth material discharge. The material is discharged through specially designed grooves at the die mouth to form embossed and debossed mouths at once; the air-cooling device structure is a labyrinth type, with uniform air volume and good cooling effect.

4. The winding device adopts a swing-type winding method, and the speed can be adjusted at will.
