DFY-600(1100)1-8 color combination intaglio printing machine

The DFY-600 and 1100 series rotogravure printing machines are composed of 1-8 unit printing machines. The distance between each unit is equal, and they operate synchronously. The pressure rollers are raised and lowered by pneumatic actuators. The film tension on the winding shafts is controlled by magnetic powder clutches, brakes, and torque motors. Far-infrared constant temperature heating is used for drying. Overprinting is adjustable, and functions such as temperature display and printing length counting are included. This machine is suitable for continuous multicolor printing of roll materials such as PVC, PP, PE, glassine paper, aluminum foil, and paper. It features high speed, accurate color registration, reliable performance, simple operation, and easy maintenance.
